Chat rooms.

It seem that most of us BI freinds don't like using the chatroom. In some of the roons there haven't been any activity for weeks, and if you enter one there never seems to be members logged in. I wonder why, because it would seem to be the way to make new friends.

I agree with you I'm very openminded and curious I would love to chat to likeminded people

I'd be happy to chat to people whether like-minded or not.😊

I suppose the attraction of a chatroom is that it's random and anonymous.With this site that second element has, to an extent, been removed. Maybe verified people feel less inclined to talk openly and prefer a private one to one approach.

That's been my experience anyway. Though sadly, there just aren't enough hours in the day. 🙊

I have found that, in general, new chat rooms are pretty dead, with only a few people breezing through from time to time. Until a few people who know each other from the room start checking in with each other more frequently using the chat... and at some critical mass of this type, the room will take off and be frequently busy.

I love the phrase 'some critical mass of this type' and will try to use it in conversation. 😊
