start slow, a quick sniff at first, before you move on to deeper sniffs in both nostrils and holding it in before exhaling.

also, don't spill them lol. store in a cool dry place after opening, some people store in freezers, i've never seen a quality difference between in the freezer or just hidden away in a cupboard.

be extremely careful if you are taking any viagara or cialis (usually don't mix them)
